  • Name
  • Address
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Date of birth
  • Employee number/initials with the employer
  • Employer or job center
  • Education level

Data is collected whether you order by phone, email, or webshop. Data is necessary for correct registration on our education platform for the generation of certificates, reporting, and documentation.

If you order via our webshop, it is noted that the website is secured via https to best protect data.

Why is data necessary and what do we use it for?

We use your information to be able to contact you as a course participant. We also use your personal information for setting up access, ordering course materials, course certificates, and for reporting and documentation of participation/passed courses.

Data may also be used for billing, future contact, or follow-up on course activity, expired certifications, and possibly relevant news.

As a course participant, you typically get access to 'Vesco Academy'. There you get access to any online courses and other materials. We register your activity. This is done to document whether a course has been completed and passed.

Parts of your information and activity are also used when we send reports to your possible employer and for billing.

We do not sell your information to third parties and do not disclose it to anyone other than approved partners.

We typically store your information for at least 5 years, so that we can correlate your course activity with billings to yourself, your employer, or job center. This is in accordance with the Bookkeeping Act, which requires that this type of documentation be kept for at least 5 years
