Contractual Basis

Contractual Basis The following sales and delivery terms apply to the purchase of online courses and other services from Vestergaard & Co ApS, unless they are deviated from by explicit agreement between the parties.

1. Purchase Process Online courses (also called e-learning courses) and other services such as labels, workshops, etc., are available in the webshop on Vestergaard & Co's websites. Here, you can select the course(s) you wish to purchase and enter the number of licenses. The webshop then calculates the total price.

2. Business/Personal Information In connection with the purchasing process, the customer must enter information about the company, or if purchasing as an individual, personal information. The information includes things like CVR number, company name, address, postal code and city, phone number, contact person, email address, and possibly EAN number.

Additionally, information about who the participant(s) will be is required if it differs from the above information.

All information is provided in good faith. Vestergaard & Co reserves the right to request additional identification such as a driver's license or similar.

All provided information is treated confidentially and will not be forwarded or resold.

3. Payment and Prices Payment is selected at the end of the purchase process. For individuals, Vestergaard & Co only accepts credit card payments. Companies can choose between credit card payment or to receive an invoice. However, Vestergaard & Co always reserves the right to refuse to issue invoices and instead request credit card payment. We also reserve the right to refuse a purchase/customer without further explanation. Note that all prices on the website are stated excl. VAT, but on the final payment page, you can see the total price incl. VAT.

4. Security and GDPR Vestergaard & Co's webshop uses encryption to ensure that your credit card information is secured according to the standards for e-commerce.

All information is treated confidentially, as mentioned.

The information is stored by Vestergaard & Co for a minimum of 5 years, partly due to the Bookkeeping Act and partly due to course data, where certain courses are valid for 5 years. However, certain course data may be deleted after 1 year in certain cases.

5. Delivery, Validity, and License Terms For online courses, delivery typically occurs within a few minutes or on the same day the order is placed in the webshop. However, registration is done manually in our learning system, so in some cases, there may be a slightly longer setup time.

Once you are registered in the system, an automatic email with login information and a link is sent to the email address provided with the order.

As a participant, you have access to the purchased online course for 12 months from the delivery date.

A purchased license is valid for one person. It is therefore not permitted to share your login information and course access with other people.
